YEAST DOUGH CINNAMON ROLLS 
1/2 Rich Yeast Dough recipe
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Roll out yeast dough until 1/2 inch thick. Spread butter over surface of dough. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered dough. Roll up dough and slice.

Place rolls in round pan and let rise until double in warm place. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. May add raisins or nuts for variation.
