BUCKEYES 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 lb. peanut butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Melt chocolate chips in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Place saucepan over larger saucepan of hot water to keep chocolate melted. Combine butter, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and vanilla in bowl, mixing well. Shape mixture into walnut sized balls. Dip each ball into chocolate, coating half of each ball. Cool on waxed paper. Yield: 40 buckeyes.
