BROCCOLI/CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
5-6 chicken breasts
1 c. light mayonnaise
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
1 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and place in casserole dish.

Boil chicken approximately 1/2 hour. Remove skin and bones. Cut into tiny pieces and place on top of broccoli.

Mix mayonnaise with 3 cans of soup. Spread on top of chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of soup mixture.

Melt butter. Drizzle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
