ICE CREAM DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 stick melted butter
2 sq. baking chocolate
1 1/4 sticks butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs
1/2 gallon chocolate marble ice cream

Stir together flour, brown sugar, nuts and melted butter. Spread crumbs evenly in 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees; stir. Bake 10 minutes more.

Sprinkle 3/4 cup crumbs in 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate and 1 1/4 sticks butter in saucepan. Add powdered sugar; stir. Add well-beaten egg yolks and cool. After mixture is cooled, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and pour over crumbs. Freeze until set. Cover with ice cream and remaining crumbs. Freeze.
