WILTED CABBAGE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 med. onion, sliced thin
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. sugar

Layer cabbage and onions in bowl; pour 3/4 cup sugar over top, but do not mix. Combine oil, vinegar, salt, dry mustard, celery seed and 1 teaspoon sugar in saucepan; bring to boil.

Pour immediately over cabbage and onions; do not mix. Let set in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. Mix before serving.
