EGG CASSEROLE 
5-6 slices bread
1 lb. sausage or ham
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
6-7 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Break bread into pieces, put into greased 9 x 10 casserole. Brown and drain sausage. Put sausage (or ham) on top of bread. Mix other ingredients and pour over meat. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
