WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding (sugar-free is fine)

Mix together in large mixing bowl.

Add: 3 eggs

Mix well, then add:

Beat 4 minutes, then add:

Mix nuts in batter. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 box instant pistachio pudding (again, sugar-free is fine)
1 1/4 c. whole milk

Beat together until soft peaks form. Spread over cake, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove, then add:

Spread evenly on top with a spatula or spread knife. Keep cake refrigerated until ready to serve.
