CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT BARS 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix and bake in 8 x 8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn off oven. leave in oven 5 more minutes.

#2:
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. peppermint extract

Mix - may tint green for holidays. Spread on (cooled) #1 layer from oven. Refrigerate until chilled.

#3:
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. butter

Melt together and pour over peppermint layer. Chill and cut in squares.
