PEPPERIDGE FARM CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 stick butter
1 lg. chicken or 6 breasts, cooked
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of celery soup
Onion salt to taste
Chopped mushrooms (opt.)
2 c. chicken broth
1 can English peas, drained

Put stuffing mix in food processor and mix until fine. Mix stuffing and melted butter; set aside.

Cut cooked chicken into small pieces and mix with remaining ingredients. Put in 9"x13" baking dish and top with stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
