MARINATED BROCCOLI AND
CAULIFLOWER
 
3 lbs. broccoli and cauliflower
1 c. cider viengar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 c. vegeatble oil

Break vegetables into bite size pieces. They may be slightly blanched or left raw.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Drain well to serve.
