PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE ROLL 
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 15 x 10 inch cookie sheet, lined with waxed paper. Sift flour, baking powder, spices and salt. Beat eggs and sugar until light. Beat in pumpkin. Stir in dry ingredients all at once. Pour into pan. Bake 15 minutes. Place on powdered sugared towel and cool.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread with this icing and the nuts; then roll as for jelly roll. Put some icing and nuts on top.
