SCALLOPED CORN AND OYSTERS 
2 cans cream style corn
1 can oysters, drained
2 eggs
4 tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of celery salt
2 dozen Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased casserole. Over top, sprinkle more crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
