MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Ranch style beans, chilled
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped finely
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing, chilled
1 pkg. corn chips

Prepare lettuce as any tossed salad. Drain and wash chilled beans and add diced tomatoes, onion, cheese and dressing. Chill 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Corn chips are added and mixed well just before serving.
