FRUIT CAKE COOKIES 
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter, room temperature
4 eggs, room temperature
1 lb. cherries, chopped
1 lb. pineapple, chopped
1 box white raisins
1/8 c. dark raisins
6 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. blackberry wine

Mix all ingredients. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 275 to 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
