CREAMY TUNA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. uncooked noodles
1 can tuna, drained
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook noodles and drain. Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper in 2 quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and butter; sprinkle over tuna mixture.

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, 35-40 minutes. 6 servings. 430 calories per serving.
