SALAD GEMS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. cold water
2 (8 oz.) containers lemon yogurt
1 1/4 c. melon balls
Salad greens

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Measure 2/3 cup; pour into an 8 inch square pan and stir in the cold water. Blend yogurt into remaining Jello and pour into a second 8 inch pan. Chill until firm (4 hours). Cut into cubes and arrange on salad plates with melon balls and salad greens. Makes 6 cups or 9 servings.
