VEGGIE GEM BAKE 
1 lb. lean beef or turkey
1/2 bag frozen tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can nacho soup
1 pkg. Hanes Vegetable dip or Lipton's will do
1/2 pkg. frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower), thawed
1 c. cheese

Brown meat and drain. Place into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Add tater tots and vegetables. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over. In another bowl blend soups and dip seasoning. Add milk for a thinner consistency if desired. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minute at 350 degrees.
