1 box lemon cake mix
1 sm. box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
10 oz. 7-Up

FILLING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can coconut

Cake: Mix all ingredients until smooth. Bake in 3 (9 inch) pans for 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Filling: In heavy saucepan, combine butter, eggs, sugar, flour and pineapple until thick. Add coconut. Put filling between cake layers and top of cake.
