PINEAPPLE - SEVEN-UP LAYER CAKE 
1 box pineapple cake mix
1 box pineapple pudding (instant) mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil

Mix thoroughly. Add 1 (10 ounce) 7-Up and mix until creamy. Bake in 3 or 4 layers at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 stick butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Mix well and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add 1 can coconut. Spread on cake when cooled.
