VANILLA ICE CREAM 
2 2/3 c. Eagle Brand milk (2 cans)
3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
6 c. water
2 tbsp. vanilla

Mix dry milk and water. Add Eagle Brand milk and vanilla. Stir until creamy smooth. Put in can and freeze.
