FRENCH COFFEE CAKE 
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar

Mix and set 1/2 cup aside for topping.

Beat 3 eggs into 1 cup evaporated milk. 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. raisins

Mix and pour into greased springform pan, or a 13x9 inch pan. Top with other half of topping. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
