6 lg. onions 4 oz. potato chips 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 can evaporated milk Slice onions in thin slices. Crush the package of potato chips. Cut cheese into small hunks. In a baking dish layer onions, chips and cheese. Add evaporated milk to soup. Warm mixture on top of stove until smooth. Pour the mixture over the layers of onions, chips and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
