SWEET AND SOUR BRISKET 
4 lb. brisket of beef
2 lg. onions, diced
Salt to taste
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 heaping tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, minced

Brown beef, add 1 onion and salt; transfer to roaster pan. Combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and add. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Add more water if needed. When beef is tender, remove from juice, cool, slice thin, and pour sauce over. Refrigerate or freeze. To serve, reheat and serve hot. Delicious with home made noodles.
