TAIWANESE STYLE CHOW MEIN 
2 lb. Chinese style noodles (cooked)
1/2 lg. pork chop (cut into strips)
5 dried black mushrooms (soak until soft, cut into strips)
1 carrot (cut into strips)
1/3 cabbage (cut into strips)
1 green onion (chopped)
3 to 4 tbsp. cooking oil

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. oyster sauce

Preheat a wok and add 1 tablespoon oil. Stir fry green onion for 10 seconds. Add pork and black mushrooms, stir fry about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Pour 2 tablespoons cooking oil into wok. Stir fry carrot and cabbage until tender. Add pork and black mushrooms, cook and stir. Add noodles and (I), mix all up. Cook through until sauce is reduced.
