1 lb. 11 oz. can sauerkraut 2 med. tomatoes 2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing 2 (4 oz.) pkgs. corned beef, sliced 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 1 c. Pillsbury biscuits 2 crisp rye crackers 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds Spread sauerkraut in bottom of a 12 x 8 inch baking pan. Top with tomato slices; dot with dressing. Cover with corned beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Make 2 rows of the biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until biscuits are brown. |
