GARLIC BUBBLE BREAD
1 loaf frozen white bread dough
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt

Thaw dough and bring to room temperature. Mix together the melted butter, egg, parsley flakes, salt and garlic powder. Cut off pieces of dough about the size of a walnut. Dip into the butter-egg mixture and place the pieces of dough into a well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/3 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan.

Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Bake in a moderately hot oven (375 degrees) for 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on a wire rack about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan and continue cooling on rack. If desired, brush top with melted butter while still hot.
