POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 to 6 med. potatoes, sliced in 1/4 inch slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, diced
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. German sausage, sliced in 1/4 inch slices

Place potatoes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle onions over potatoes. Add sausage. Pour soup over this and top with cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
