SPINACH SALAD WITH POPPY SEED 
SALAD:

1 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 head Iceberg lettuce
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
6 strips crisp, crumbled bacon
4 tbsp. fresh marjoram, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. grated red onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. fresh marjoram, chopped

Combine all ingredients and serve with dressing.

DRESSING: Mix and chill dressing.
