NEENAW'S MEATBALLS IN TOMATO
SAUCE
 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 qt. of tomato juice
2 to 4 tbsp. mustard

Mix green pepper, onion and cracker crumbs together with salt and pepper. Roll into large balls and fry quickly until brown. Remove meatballs to baking dish. Add 2 to 4 tablespoons flour to fat remaining in skillet and brown, as for gravy. Blend tomato juice and mustard. Add to skillet and stir until blended and thickened. Pour over meatballs, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
