MEATBALLS IN TOMATO SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
Dash salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion and pepper
3 tbsp. uncooked rice
1 egg

1. Mix above ingredients well. Form into meatballs.

2. Put meatballs in boiling water (enough to cover).

3. Boil rapidly then simmer for 1/2 hour.

4. Drain.

5. Cut up 2 or 3 green peppers lengthwise.

6. Add to meatballs with 15 ounce can tomato sauce.

7. Boil for 5 minutes.

8. Serve with rolls or sprinkle with grated cheese.
