CANDIED PECANS 
2 c. pecans
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. water

Melt butter in 1 quart bowl in microwave. Mix all ingredients together and add 2 cups pecans. Make sure all pecans are covered. Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir 2 to 3 times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
