1 c. regular sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Pet (evaporated) milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg

Cook all your ingredients together until it gets half thick. Then put in 2 cups of peanuts or pecans while cooking. When it gets thick, drop on wax paper.

Makes about 12 1/2 dozen pieces of candy.
