GLAZE FOR BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE | |
1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. strong coffee 2 tbsp. Kahlua 2 tbsp. cream de cocoa Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Invert cake onto rack. Pierce top surface of cake with fork. Spoon glaze over cake. Cool completely. Store in airtight container. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. |
