MOM'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Approximately 2 1/2 lbs. cooked chicken, cut
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 box lima beans, cooked, or sm. can

Mix and place in greased casserole dish. Place grated sharp Cheddar cheese on top (3-4 oz.). Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm croutons on top. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for approximately 30-40 minutes. Serve with white rice.
