BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage (Bob Evans, mild) 2 pkgs. crescent rolls (refrigerator) 1 c. frozen (loose pack) hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.) 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1. Cook and drain sausage. 2. Separate crescent rolls (triangles). Place on ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward center. 3. Form a crust and spoon sausage over crust. 4. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. 5. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. 6. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
