HOLIDAY BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Cook crumbled sausage until browned; drain fat. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles; place in a 13x9x2 inch pan with points toward center; press over bottom and sides to form crust. Spoon cooked sausage over crust. Top with shredded cheese. In bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 8 servings. |
