BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked
1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
1 c. hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage; drain fat. Separate rolls. Press in 7 x 11 inch pan. Seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes, then Cheddar cheese. In bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
