CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 (16 oz.) box Jello instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. cold lowfat milk
1 c. thawed Cool Whip whipping topping

Pour milk into bowl, add the mix with a wire whip or rotary beater or electric beater at lowest speed. Beat until well blended 1 or 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into dessert dishes. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 2/3 cups or 5 servings.
