CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 1/2 c. homogenized milk
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 tsp. instant coffee crystals
1 env. whipped dessert topping (Dream Whip mix)

In a large bowl, mix the milk and coffee crystals. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in the pudding and topping mix. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Serves 6-8 servings.

I prefer to use 2 blocks of unsweetened melted chocolate mixed in at low speed after preparing the mousse vs. using the coffee. Kids and those who do not care for coffee flavor like it, and it adds a nice texture. I also top it with Cool Whip. I use fat free, sugar free pudding and skim milk. It makes for a great diabetic dessert that way also!
