MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DINNER ROLLS | |
Dissolve 1 package yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder; let stand 20 minutes. Meanwhile, scald 1 cup milk. Add 1/3 cup butter, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cool, then add 2 beaten eggs. Stir in 4 1/2 cups flour, mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll out and let rise 2 hours. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
