ALANNAH'S APPLE CRISP 
My 2 year old daughter Alannah loves this!!!

10 medium apples
1/2 cup (125 ml.) white sugar
1 tbsp. (15 ml.) cinnamon

Topping:

1 cup (250 ml.) quick rolled oats
1 cup (250 ml.) brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup (125 ml.) white flour
1/2 cup (125 ml.) melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Peel, quarter, and slice apples. Place apples evenly into 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle white sugar over apples and sprinkle cinnamon over the sugar.

Mix oats, brown sugar and flour until blended well. Stir in melted butter until fully moistened.

Cover apples evenly with topping.

Place in preheated 350°F oven and bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Serve hot or cold, alone or with ice cream and ENJOY!!

DELICIOUS! I made my husband's favorite dessert, apple crisp, when we were dating and it was bad. Fast forward 16 years, I found this recipe and decided to try again. My hubby said it is the most delicious crisp he has ever had. Wonderful, considering he said 16 years ago I had ruined this dessert for him. Served it hot with vanilla ice cream. I made extra topping just because we love the crunchy part. Soooooo yummy.
