APPLE CRISP 
4-6 apples
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour

Pare, core and slice apples into a baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice cream butter and sugar combine to make crumbly mixture ( mix with hands like a pie crust). Spread over apples and bake.

Bake at 350°F until apples are soft and top is brown.

After preparing apples to vacuum seal & freeze I used the "leftovers" to make this recipe very quickly! In the oven and will have for dessert tonight! I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon to the crumble mixture near the crumbly stage and another 1/2 tsp to the top of apples for our personal taste. Wonder if a touch of nutmeg would be good too! Next time!
