TACO DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 sm. jar salsa
2 tomatoes, diced
16 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
Nacho chips

Stir together cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix until well blended. Spread the mixture in a shallow dish. Top mixture with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes and salsa. Chill 1 hour. Serve with nacho chips.

Great recipe and easy to adapt. I didn't have salsa or tomatoes on hand but had a can of diced tomatoes. I drained them and put on top of the sour cream/cream cheese layer. I had a can of black beans that I put on top of that along with some chopped green bell pepper. Topped with shredded cheese and people devoured it!
