2 containers soft cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar med. salsa
1/2 pkg. mild or hot taco seasoning in a packet

Mix all above together. I use a wire whisk and blend well. Pour into a square pan and top with mixture of green peppers, tomatoes and then top that with Cheddar cheese, shredded.
