SALMON LOAF | |
1 can salmon 1 c. croutons 1/2 c. warm milk Pinch of salt & pepper 1 finely minced onion 3 eggs Dissolve croutons in 1/2 cup warm milk. Scramble eggs, and salt, pepper, onion and minced salmon. Mix well. Shape into loaf. Put in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. For a really fine touch, top with 1 can of cream of celery soup. |
