TEXAS CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 1/2 c. chopped onion
5 c. kidney beans
2 2/3 c. tomato soup
3-6 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. water
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cumin powder

In a small amount of fat, cook ground beef and onions. Add kidney beans and tomato soup, then mix in rest of ingredients and cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring often.
