MINI SLIDERS # I 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm party rolls

Dill pickle slices (optional)

Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add soup mix, blending well. Stir in cheese and mayonnaise. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted.

Cut rolls in half and place about a spoonful of meat mixture on each.

Add pickles if desired.

Heat in preheated 325 degree oven for 5 minutes to warm rolls, or heat in microwave oven.

Serves 10 as a filling appetizer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
