4 eggs, beaten until real light 1 c. sugar 1 c. oil 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Beat eggs until real light; gradually add 1 cup sugar. Add 1 cup oil, 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Spread 1/2 of batter into a 9 x 13 inch pan, greased. Spread one can of cherry pie mix over first layer. Spread rest of batter over pie mix. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. while still hot, drizzle with powdered sugar frosting. |
