TACO DIP | |
1 lb. hamburger 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, drained 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped (hot or mild) 1/4 lb. med. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese, grated 5 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated Brown hamburger; add taco seasoning and garlic powder, chili powder, and Tabasco sauce to taste. Drain grease from burger and add tomatoes, onion, pepper, and chilies. Mix cheeses together. In baking dish, put 1/2 of meat mixture. Top with 1/2 of cheese mixture. Top this with remaining meat and last of cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Scoop from bowl with tortilla chips. |
