MEAT BALLS FOR SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 slices bread
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Soak bread in some water for a minute or so; then squeeze out moisture. Mix with other ingredients. Form in small balls. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil or shortening. Remove from skillet and add to spaghetti sauce. Simmer for at least 1 hour. Serve over hot spaghetti.
